स्थायी बंदोबस्त अथवा इस्तमरारी बंदोबस्त ईस्ट इण्डिया कंपनी और बंगाल के जमींदारों के बीच कर वसूलने से सम्बंधित एक स्थाई व्यवस्था हेतु सहमति समझौता था जिसे बंगाल में लार्ड कार्नवालिस द्वारा 22 मार्च, 1793 को लागू किया गया।

The Permanent Settlement or Isthmari Settlement was an agreement between the East India Company and the landlords of Bengal for a permanent settlement related to the collection of taxes, which was implemented in Bengal by Lord Cornwallis on March 22, 1793.
